Amy combines words and touch as a means to communicate with her clients. She practices artful and scientific techniques in Swedish Massage, Joint Range of Motion, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular (trigger point) Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Reflexotherapy, Table/Chair Massage and Pregnancy (Prenatal) Massage.
Each of these techniques elicits positive change in her client's physical, mental, and emotional well-being by reducing stress, relieving pain, and improving her client's quality of life.
Amy holds a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound, received her Massage Therapy Certification in 2009, and Advanced Bodywork Certification in Myofascial Manipulation & Structural Balancing in 2017 from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado.
